With more than a decade of experience in fundraising and grant management, Josh has served alongside nonprofits, schools, and community partners to help turn good ideas into meaningful, lasting impact. He currently serves as the Senior Grants Manager for Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin, and is the CEO and founder of GrantMosaic, where he focuses on building clear, sustainable funding strategies that put people, not paperwork, at the center of the process.
Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in music performance from UW-Oshkosh, master’s degrees from Illinois State University, and outside of his professional nonprofit work, teaches at UW-Oshkosh, is a professional orchestra musician, and a lifelong arts advocate, believing deeply in the power of creativity and collaboration to create lasting impact.
