Jeanne brings over two decades of experience in customer service, with expertise spanning training, leadership, process improvement, and project management. Throughout her tenure at Silver Star Brands, she has held multiple roles focused on enhancing both customer experience and team member engagement.

Beyond her professional achievements, Jeanne is deeply committed to supporting children and families. She has dedicated many years to volunteering with the 4-H community and the Winnebago County Fair, mentoring youth, and encouraging growth through hands-on projects. Through her involvement with Oshkosh Kids, Jeanne is driven to make a meaningful impact. She is honored to contribute to the organization’s mission of creating brighter futures for the community’s youth.
