Prior to retirement in June of 2021, Su worked in the real estate development and property
management field for over 30 years. This includes working with real estate development companies
with focus on the development of elderly and family low-income housing tax credit projects, private
sector property management, and over 20 years working for the Oshkosh & Winnebago County Housing
Authority in the capacity of Finance Director, Deputy Director, and Executive Director. With her
experience working at the Housing Authority, Su understands how quickly a family can find themselves
in poverty situations, the need for various types of support and the importance of housing.
She has set up Suvan Consulting, LLC and works as a consultant in various capacities.
Su is a graduate of Lakeland College with majors in Business Administration and Accounting.
